About Oway
Oway is the covered three-wheeler in LaBar Mini — up to two passengers, shade from sun and rain, and the same verified-driver rules as other Mini rides. Live Oway fares come from the oway brand API when Mini is launched.

Registration is in person at a LaBar Center Hub with your NRC, driving licence, and vehicle registration. Staff register you; there is no online sign-up. After approval you sign in to the LaBar Mini Driver app with a code sent by SMS.
